The moon is in Pisces, the sign of dream messages. So this is the time each month when our Higher Self is likely to call a meeting with us…because we’re more likely to remember it.
Some useful dream recall techniques include:
– drinking half a glass of water before going to bed & affirming when you finish the glass in the morning you will recall your dreams
– sleeping with a sprig of fresh rosemary under your pillow which makes our dreams more vivid
– waking naturally & allowing yourself time to doze, suspended in that space between the worlds
– keeping a dream journal & maintaining a practice of writing them down & then sharing / analysing them
